As host, Tina from Obwalden leads the Schlüssel with her very own personal touch – attentive, authentic, and with a fine sense for detail. She ensures every guest feels completely at ease, manages the hotel operations, and welcomes you personally in the restaurant.

The creative cuisine at the Schlüssel is the domain of our second host, Gosia – she is constantly at work developing and enhancing fresh and delicious dishes with regional products. You can look forward to a real treat!

Roger – a true Nidwalden native – is the “cock of the walk” in the Schlüssel’s all-female team. With his charming manner, he ensures warm and attentive guest service. His passion for hospitality motivates him to actively support our team alongside his full-time office job. As a wine enthusiast, he loves sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with our guests. A true ambassador of good taste!

Julia brings a calm friendliness to our service. With a warm heart and a fine sense for what our guests need, she creates a familiar, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and comfortable from the very first moment.

Ukrainian-born Oksana not only brings sunshine into our kitchen – she's also Gosia’s right hand, keeps everything in order and is always good for a laugh with her unmistakable accent.

Gaby, our true Beckenried local, takes care of our guests’ well-being in the morning at the reception and during breakfast service. As a former ski racer and passionate hiking guide, she’s happy to accompany you through the region – always with enthusiasm and in-depth local knowledge.

Our organizational talent Josipa is an outstanding all-rounder – with great energy, she prepares the rooms for our guests, makes the best cappuccino during breakfast service, and bids our guests farewell with a charming smile at the reception on the morning of their departure.

Iryna is a valuable member of the housekeeping team. She takes great care in cleaning the rooms and the restaurant, as well as managing the laundry – always with an eye for detail.

Petra, also a true Beckenried local, supports us as a housekeeping assistant and gladly lends a helping hand in the kitchen from time to time. With her enthusiasm, creative ideas, and ever-cheerful attitude, she’s a real asset to our team and our guests.

Patricia enriches our house with calmness, reliability, and a fine sense for what our guests need. Whether at breakfast or in room care, she works with great care and warmth so that everyone immediately feels welcome with us.
